PASSWORD


E-MEDIA initially ships without a password being set. 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO USE A PASSWORD FOR ANY AND ALL PROGRAMS YOU DISTRIBUTE.  FAILURE TO USE A PASSWORD, OR MAKING YOUR PASSWORD AVAILABLE TO OTHERS WILL RESULT IN A REVOCATION OF YOUR LICENSE TO USE THE PROGRAM AND COULD RESULT IN CRIMINAL OR CIVIL CHARGES.


ROYALTIES AND USAGE:

You may distribute unlimited numbers of programs created with E-MEDIA once you have purchased and registered the program, provided you comply with the following:

1)  You do not give or make available to ANYONE your any and all passwords used to either unlock the program, or access the EDIT function in a distributed program created using E-MEDIA.

2)  You deliver to TECHNO-MARKETING, INC. a copy of the finished program. Techno-Marketing agrees to not re-distribute your program.

3)  You do not decompile, dissassemble, alter or change any aspect of the program not accessible through the EDIT menu.
